We’re on the lookout for a wage Administration Clerk – IH to support the administration function in the Ikomidi Holdings, Manguzi office to ensure that the own-operations objectives are met.

As an Administration Clerk – IH, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing contract and tender management support to be in line with developed relevant prescripts.
  • Administer open and close tender processes in compliance with SCM policies and Treasury regulations.
  • Procure goods and services in line with relevant prescripts in the Company.
  • Provide inventory management support to ensure effectiveness and efficient in the Company.
  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoice-related inquiries.
  • Render assets management support to comply with Company policies.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of invoicing processes and financial regulations.
  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and process invoices into the system.
  • Match purchase orders with invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Assisting with quotes.
  • Receiving and compiling orders.
  • Placing of orders with a variety of suppliers as received from sales/manufacturing.
  • Direct line of communication to workshop.

What are we looking for?

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level certificate
  • Commercial Subjects (Business Management, Economics, and Accounting) will be advantageous
  • An Administration qualification will be advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Basic computer literacy with accounting software preferable
  • Fluent in English and IsiZulu
