With the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) having come into full effect on 1 July 2021, we would like to draw your attention to our updated Privacy Policy that outlines how we are collecting, storing and using your personal information on our systems. You can also download the Government Gazette Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) manual for information or go to our Legal Notices page on how you can manage your personal information with us.

Over and above the POPIA requirements, FE Studio will be updating our End User Agreement in the coming weeks in order to specify our contractual obligations relating to POPIA.
