FE Studio and Freedom Entertainment are fully owned subsidiaries of Ikomidi Holdings (Pty) Ltd. All Ikomidi Holdings Companies adhere to the policies laid out below.

FE Studio (‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’) gather and process your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and in compliance with the relevant data protection Regulation and law. This notice provides you with the necessary information regarding your rights and obligations, and explains how, why and when we collect and process your personal data.

We are registered on the DTI group’s Companies and Intellectual Property Commission under registration number K2019551601, and act as the Information Technology and Services provider. We are required under SA tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Occasionally FE Studio would like to contact you via email with details of the products / offers / services / competitions / newsletter / promotions that we provide.
