With the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) having come into full effect on 1 July 2021, we would like to draw your attention to our updated Privacy Policy that outlines how we are collecting, storing and using your personal information on our systems. Over and above the POPIA requirements, FE Studio will be updating our End User Agreement in the coming weeks in order to specify our contractual obligations relating to POPIA. What is POPIA? POPIA is South Africa’s equivalent of the EU GDPR and is intended to protect your personal information and privacy. With most organisations nowadays collecting personally identifiable data to run their businesses, it is important that the way this data is being processed is regulated by a governing body. At FE Studio we fully support POPIA and the need for the conditions set out therein.
